Increasing public excitement and facilitating community discussion
with a responsive website
When Bridge Park, a community development located in Dublin, Ohio, was in the beginning stages of planning and progress by developer Crawford Hoying, the full-service real estate group teamed up with Upward to launch an online presence through the creation of a social media aggregator and a fully responsive website. With the goal of building excitement and community knowledge about the development prior to construction, the teams got to work on bringing these two unique pieces to life.
First, Upward worked with Crawford Hoying to design and develop Bridge Park’s social media aggregator, one small part of the full website. This piece allowed the cultivation of social channels to share marketing collateral and other information with Dublin community members interested in learning more about the Bridge Park development while the full site was still under development.
During the design process, the Upward team faced the challenge of capturing the look, feel and emotions of the development before it was built. Images featured on the site were created using development plans, CAD drawings and other local Dublin attractions with similar filters and overlays to tie everything back to the Bridge Park brand.
The Bridge Park responsive website includes parallax features, enabling the Bridge Park logo to follow the web visitor as they scroll through the site. Not only does this site allow the development to keep the community informed about planning and progress of the project, but also helps Crawford Hoying keep the Dublin community updated during each phase of Bridge Park’s construction.
