Oxiem Interactive Director Crystal Olig is a Gen Yer who loves talking about Gen Y from a marketing, management and human resources perspective. She recently spoke in Columbus at Nationwide Insurance's first annual "Gen Y Signature Event," a conference for the business's Associate Resource Group.
The presentation streamed as a live video conference to Nationwide offices in San Antonio, Denver, Harleysville, PA, Scottsdale, AZ and Des Moines, IA. The Associate Resource Group shares an internal Yammer network, and is the 18th largest group using Yammer's enterprise solution. Nationwide associates used the software to submit questions and comments in real time, allowing real-time engagement throughout Crystal's presentation and the day of events.
