Upward Brand Interactions helped Champaign County Department of Job & Family Services (DJFS) and CTEC, a job resources division of Champaign DJFS, develop two resource-rich websites to provide an easy way for the Champaign County community to access important information about agency services, assistance and events.

The two websites are uniquely branded yet housed in one, convenient platform. The Champaign County DJFS site provides comprehensive information to individuals and businesses throughout the county about their services, including income maintenance, medical support, family services, and child support.
Offering career resources, training and access to local job services, the CTEC (Champaign Technology and Education Center) website is richly stocked with tools for Champaign County job seekers and employers. Job seekers can access local job opportunities, interview and resume training and upcoming workshops. And local employers can visit the website to submit job postings and find out about tax credits and free services CTEC offers, such as candidate prescreening, to save employers time in the recruiting process.

Integration with community and WorkPlus organizations online allows Champaign County DJFS to seamlessly stream event and news information into their new sites to provide Champaign county with a convenient channel to get local updates quickly. And self-service centers make tips and important forms accessible electronically.
As we worked with Champaign County DJFS, it became quickly evident that the organization is staffed with people who are committed to bettering the lives of their friends and neighbors in Champaign County.
And we enjoyed every moment we spent helping them craft a digital strategy to communicate the vital services they offer to the Champaign community.
